What happens to the details you send us through the enquiry form on this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number and email address, plus anything else you choose to add: your dates, the number of guests, the property you're interested in and your message.
The website also keeps the type of browser you used and a coded version of your internet address (not the address itself). These help us stop spam and repeated automated sends.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and nothing else. We don't sell them, share them or add you to a mailing list.
Where it's kept
Each enquiry is saved in this website's admin area, which only our team can sign in to, and a copy is emailed to the team so we can reply quickly. This website doesn't take payments or card details.
Enquiries are deleted from the website automatically after two years, or sooner if you ask us to.
